What is the difference between the purchase cost for a subscriber and non-subscribers?
A Subscriber can purchase the details of Open Bids for $4.95 (USD) and the non-subscribers can buy the details of Open Bids for $7.95 (USD).

I see four types of procurement notices, Open Bids, Closing Bids, Closed Bids, and Special Bids. What do they mean?
Open Bids = The Response Due Date is more than 24 hours away

Closed Bids = Response Due Date expired more than 24 hours ago

Closing Bids = Response Due Date is expiring within 24 hours, or has expired within last 24 hours

Special Offer Bids = Bids/Tenders that are given a Special Discounted Price

How do I see the prices of the different Bids/Tenders?
A Bid Price Table may be viewed at Bid Price.

How will I receive the details of a procurement notice?
After you complete payment by Debit Card/Credit Card, you will immediately get the details of the procurement notice.


What information do I need to post a procurement notice on H2bid?
To post a procurement notice on H2bid.com you should have the following information:

(1) A short description of the procurement notice (no more than one sentence)

(2) Type of procurement notice. For example, is it a request for quotes, request for proposals, or request for tenders?

(3) Full details of the procurement notice, including information on how to respond (to be inserted in H2bid Notes section)

(5) The response due date and time (including time zone)
